Level 1 thinkers want you to focus on FTX. Yes, FTX was a huge fraud but it was merely the appetizer. The bigger issue is the systemic insolvency of the entire cryptocurrency Ponzi ecosystem. Everyone is sharing a balance sheet and there is not enough real capital. Pay attention.

@jespow Curious to know if Kraken has ever published their audited financials - not just Merkle tree POR, but krakens personal assets/liabilities/pnl as a business. An exchange can be holding assets 1:1 but still have personal liabilities making them insolvent?

Another misleading "PoR" AUP (not an audit) released today. Apparently, there is no consistent process used across exchanges. Again, the process strays far from the original spec.🤦♂️

ok, I'll give you a hint. This is just the easy stuff that says this OBVIOUSLY is not a traditional Proof of Reserves, and should immediately have had actual journalists digging. Why use collateral value? Why negative balances included? No wallet signing? Who issues BTCB & BBTC?

I'm truly sorry I got overexcited and shared this at what became a top.
It's an embarrassment and not the first time for me. I reflected a lot today. I will do better in the future to be level headed and suppress euphoria.
The chart does look ugly and needs buyers to step in.
