Here's what stood out most from the #IonicDigital investor presentation: Near-term catalysts - Trading / listing before end of this month - 1st Nscale HPC-ready building in Ward County in August Explosive power demand in west texas Multiple hyperscalers and neo-cloud companies are actively contacting Ionic for future grid power in Ward County. Demand is so strong they’re basically being overwhelmed, this due to the low cost power at $0.05 average and as they are in the datacenter business they also (and tenants) benefit from tax exemptions. Major capacity expansion (very low risk) Ward County site targeted for 700 MW total power. Two expansions already underway: • Expansion 1: 89 MW already reserved by Nscale • Expansion 2: 377 MW targeted for end of 2027 All expansions are tied to TNMP & Oncor substation/line upgrades (already well underway). Very little infrastructure risk Ionic is well positioned for base power allocation from ERCOT because they’re not purchasing speculative power and are register as in the datacenter business. HPC Midland pivot accelerating - Confirmed conversion + marketing of Midland site for HPC - Additional 10 MW bump coming in '27 - Mining will continue in the interim (similar to previous deals) HPC / AI Pure play Bitcoin is not viewed as a long-term asset, they’re open to selling when it makes sense to redeploy into higher-return HPC opportunities. Ionic is now fully positioning as a pure-play HPC company Rock-solid partner backing Nscale is spending $2B Capex to build out the Ward County data center. In any default scenario, Ionic takes ownership of the datacenter. 5-year default risk is basically zero: Nvidia guarantees payments + Microsoft has a stake in Nscale. After today’s update, I believe Ionic Digital could reach a $6B market cap (~$120/share) by early 2028 if ERCOT approves the remaining power. $IOND

Literally the same bottoming formation as silver. Every asset class behaves the same when it comes to market mechanics like accumulation, markup, distribution, etc. It's all the same shit. Some market move faster, some move slower, then there are a number of different accumulation/bottoming patterns, but ultimately- its some period of expansion, consolidation, contraction or contraction, consolidation, expansion. Because human connection is way more important to many people than money! What is life with a lot of money but without connection? A friend of mine told me he had a friend with a billionaire father. They lived in an area with more billionaires. There was one billionaire living totally alone. In his spare time he was a Uber driver. Why? Just to spend time with people who didn’t wanted to spend time with him only for his money. This is so sad. So choose carefully. I choose connection over money.
