I have to admit, the tax treatment of STRC is a nuance that slipped past me. And as far as nuances go, it seems like a pretty big deal. Now I have to re-think everything.

For any of you @fold_app users wondering if you can buy the gift card to get closer to higher ACH rewards the next month, I purchased a $100 BTC gift card and $100 direct purchase of BTC, and there is a $10 service fee on the gift card when redeeming for BTC which doesn't overcome the 3% on rewards. Today I reached the 5M milestone. Most of all, I am grateful for the connections I have made along the way. Bitcoiners are the smartest, most loving and supportive people I know. Never forget: goals are just milestones. What really matters is enjoying the journey there.
