Sadly, 95% of the time he supports bad incumbents, and even in this case, he cleared the field of the real conservative choices for someone who is barely better than Cassidy and had no intention of challenging him when it was hard.

When I was an institutional bond salesman for HSBC in Chicago (in my 20’s) there was one rule no matter how late you were out entertaining a client. That rule was be at your desk by 7:00 AM no matter your condition or even wearing same suit from the night before….however, your tie had to be different 🤣.

This is actually unreal🤯
A guy just recovered 5 BTC ($400k) that had been locked in his wallet for 11 years.
Back in 2015 he got high, changed the password, and forgot it by morning. The coins sat there untouched ever since.
He tried 3.5 trillion brute force combinations. Paid recovery services. Nothing worked. He gave up.
Yesterday he uploaded his entire old college hard drive to Claude as a hail mary.

Bitcoin - Getting close now to the end of a natural counter trend move in a bear market. $85-$88k area.
However, there is a difference to this move. Counter trend moves are typically stronger (impulse) and shorter duration, this move is more consistent with base building over a longer period. For example, it has been 88 days since the low, no counter trend move to a local high took anywhere near this long.
It means we could be looking at more of a time based Cycle Low developing over 2026. In that scenario, the next big pullback could be more of a retest of the bear range. We shall have to see.

The Bitcoin low for 2026 is in. Those calling for and waiting for $30,000 to $40,000 were wrong and will be sidelined unless they chase. As I said, the max drawdown I expected was 50-60%, not the 80-90% seen in past cycles. $60,000 was a gift (52% down from the ATH), and it took a Binance "glitch," months of Jane Street manipulation, and plenty of shenanigans to get us there. We got follow through on the PMI, and it is time for the main event: the full bull market. The bull market correction is over.

Honestly, when I first heard about Bitcoin’s four-year cycles and the 50-70% drawdowns that come with them, I thought I’d never be able to stomach it. I also bought into the supercycle narrative and kept buying Bitcoin all the way up to the October highs.
But when Bitcoin started dropping in early 2026, the bear market turned out to be surprisingly bearable. Now I don’t even care about the price anymore. I’ve completely stopped checking the BTC price. I just keep saving in #Bitcoin - the same money I would have put into a savings account a year ago.
