Chibi art, one of the rarest art styles in the entire OP TCG. The only other card like it is a chibi Zoro that currently sits at $7K
~356 PSA 10 pop. The stamped non foil version of this artwork sits at ~1,900 pop. Same character, same art, same era, but ours is the only foil out of the 2. 5x rarer. Similar price. Way better in hand.
Event only, Gen Con, Spiel, PAX Australia. You had to fly to one of three events on three continents, sit through a One Piece demo, prove you actually knew the game, fill a survey, and then they handed it to you. No reprints.
King Luffy = ~1,800 pop, ~$1,200. Gorgeous card, no doubt, but stylistically it sits in the same lane as a dozen other premium OP TCG illustrations. Gen Con Luffy = ~356 pop, ~$350, with art that doesn't look like anything else in the game. 5x rarer. 30% of the price. And it's the one nobody can copy the look of.
Try to find one for sale right now. You won't. They don't sit. highly recommend buying if you come across one.

Cosmos was struggling long before we became Cosmos Labs, and you know that. 7 separate Cosmos projects tried to sell themselves to us in 2024 and early 2025 because others in the Cosmos ecosystem recognized the decline too.
Putting that aside, we cannot be responsible for the success of projects built on our open source tech that have no commercial relationship with CL or ATOM. We wouldn't have shared in their success, so why should we be blamed for their failure?
Ultimately, we decided not to buy these projects because we didn't see a path to sustaining them or turning them around. The defi ecosystem has continued its decline as a result.
We made that decision, so that we could invest in a future we believed was more sustainable. That's a future based on real world use cases for Cosmos tech: securities tokenization and digital securities depositories like Figure, banking ledgers and tokenized deposits like Wells Fargo's, central bank digital currency issuance like Honduras's CBDC pilot, collateral management, cross border payments. It may work, it may not.
We wish you nothing but the best, and we will continue to push forward with trying to make Cosmos great again.

THORChain was modelled after Bitcoin, to be permissionless and censorship resistant.
There’s no single person or entity in control of the protocol. There’s no admin key. There’s no 2-of-3 multisig. Currently, there’s 95 nodes spread globally that control the network. For the network to change a two thirds supermajority have to agree, resulting in a 64-of-95. No one can override that.
Bitcoin is neutral because the code is neutral, and the nodes enforce it.

The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency action to freeze the 30,766 ETH being held in the address on Arbitrum One that is connected to the KelpDAO exploit. The Security Council acted with input from law enforcement as to the exploiter’s identity, and, at all times, weighed its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications. After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or Arbitrum users. As of April 20 11:26pm ET the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action by Arbitrum governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.

During our ongoing investigation into the April 13 Token Gateway exploit, we have identified that a number of regular Hyperbridge users, distinct from the original attacker, also withdrew funds from the DOT escrow during or shortly after the incident.
After the attacker drained the pools, the price of DOT in those pools became severely distorted relative to other assets. This meant that a small amount of another token could be swapped for a disproportionately large amount of DOT, which some users bridged back to Polkadot.
Whether or not this was done with full understanding of the circumstances, these funds belong to the affected liquidity providers whose pools were drained. We are offering a 14-day voluntary return window. Funds returned to the address below will be treated as good-faith acts.
