@cubfoods I just watched an elderly gentleman at your Duluth store have an issue with the self checkout. The screen said “help is on the way.” He waited about five minutes, alone, nobody talked to him, and then he just left. 1/2

@cubfoods self checkout kiosks are the worst implementation of technology I've ever seen. Today literally everyone had to get the woman working it to unfreeze their stations every other thing we checked. unreal.
