@OfficerNagao Don't fall for these japanese (read american slaves/vessels) propoganda we have far better frigates like project 17B or nilgiri class, the only thing japanese can provide us which will help us would be unicorn radars!! And they can buy Indian ships!! Don't be dependent on japan

Japan wants India to be the security provider for the security of the Indian Ocean. If Japan, Australia and India were to deploy the same Mogami-class frigates, they could also perform maintenance on each other’s warships in their respective ports, I said in SCMP. scmp.com/week-asia/econ…

#WATCH | Delhi: On LoP Rahul Gandhi’s comments on the Great Nicobar project, former IAF Chief, Air Chief Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria (Retd), says, “I was quite surprised by the statement. It is important to understand this project…. It is important for India to set a militarily strategic footprint in that region. From a defence and strategic perspective, this development is very crucial…. After Strait of Hormuz closure, we have realised the importance of straits and sea route blockades, and such a statement after all this is surprising…if the port is made, it will be only 150km away from the Malacca Strait, which serves as the route for 75% of China’s energy trade. It will boost India’s maritime and air front dominance to a great extent…”

@Saffronwing1 @RT_India_news No 😂 infact they are running so low on interceptor cause their industrial production base is gone over the years!! And even if they were to jump start production today it would take atleast 10-15 year for them to be able mass produce those expensive interceptors!!

@MattooShashank Have introspection, you can say that sitting in a AC office while young soldier, civilians are killed without checking time and worst after asking their religion have some satru bodh or gandhiri will destroy this nation (or what's left of it)

This is New ! India issues NOTMAR for GNSS jammer trials in the Bay of Bengal (11–12 April). This isn’t routine. Testing the ability to deny GPS signals = countering (drones, precision weapons) & validating electronic warfare in a live maritime environment. This likely by the Andaman and Nicobar Command. Signal: preparing for a contested battle space
