@MikeSievert @TMobile @MikeSievert Sure seems like @TMobile likes it. We even have a legal settlement with T-Mobile to refund our money and unlock our phones so we can move back to AT&T. T-Mobile was supposed to refund our money and unlock our phones by 8/29 and still hasn't done it. #LETMEGO

@MikeSievert @TMobile @MikeSievert @TMobile I switched to ATT in 2020, I was sent to collections in August of 2022 for payments remaining on my old device. I received to bills, emails, calls, texts, anything, from T-Mobile. Your customer service won't provide evidence of attempts to contact me.

@TMobileHelp @CFPB @bbb_us My expectation is that action will be taken today to recall the debt from FrontLine and restore my credit rating. I feel this more than reasonable given the circumstances.

@TMobile you sent me to collections for not receiving a cell spot booster. I have emails confirming its been received and your warehouse confirmed it too. Collections said T-Mobile needs to fix it. Why won't your reps help me?
