@Georgeatasda website is genuinely appalling. Twice I've tried to buy a microwave and twice the website just does nothing and leaves you with absolutely no idea if you have paid or not. Two attempts on this nonsensical website is as far as im going, I can't risk 3 microwaves

@AsdaServiceTeam I I’m disappointed that items on my order did not arrive and the driver said, bag with items in contained the bottle that smashed and that I could apply for a refund as the colleague refused to re-pick the items. I have had my refund rejected! Shocking service

@asda Bletchley I’ve been shopping with you weekly for years but your employee recently on self checkout has been abrupt and actually rude! Second week in a row! Sort it out. Think he needs customer service training
