@HMRCgovuk why do you never answer phone calls, can’t find what I need on website, 3 days trying to call, get cut off after 1 hour. Shocking service. Do you think as we have no option to use you we can be treated badly?

@marksandspencer once again no 12 days of Christmas items left, was told they were ALL put out fist thing and gone within the a couple of hours. Why not stagger the stock so those unable to shop early have a chance. Same last year. Never any left

@SumUp 40min hanging on the phone listening to your awful music, then message saying you have no one to take the call. What a way to run a business, mine would close if I did the same.

@VirginMoney phone Cust Service shocking. 20min wait listing to monotonous music, then cut off. Call back 35 min wait same music, to be told answerer doesn’t have tools help me, put back on hold now been hanging on further 45mins. Still god awful music. Losing the will to live.

@Swadishuk, Disappointed at my favourite eatery. 90 min wait for starter, then main course arrived just as we finished the starters. Like buses, over an hour wait then all come at same time

@Swadishuk, surprisingly bad service tonight. Over an hour for starters to arrive, then mains immediately after, stater plates still at table.
