@kiltedknite @AlastairDalton While simultaneously excluding all safe e-bikes too. Only in the UK, every other country seems to be doing just fine.

This is ridiculous. How do we ever get more people to cycle if we have people in decision making positions who do not understand cycling at all. Most bikes sold on the continent are e-bikes. @AlastairDalton - one to follow up on?
