Silver goes through cycles and I wouldn't expect this one to be any different. ETFs are fine for a trade I guess but that ship has sailed for this cycle imo though I'm no expert. Physical is a racket imo. You pay premiums when buy and sell. It's only useful in an end of the world as we know it situation.
I personally would focus on bitcoin and growth stocks in a taxable account. Not financial advice especially since I don't know your circumstances or risk tolerance.

Everyone will eventually succumb to the mighty old $VOO and chill
Once life actually hits you, you’ll realize you don’t have the time to trade successfully day in and day out
Kids, wife, work, etc.
Trying to keep up with everything just isn’t possible
