We’re told we can’t afford doctors.
But we can afford £1.6 BILLION in profits for private companies.
These are deliberate choices to move NHS money into private hands, not frontline care.
The government's privatisation of the NHS isn't so secret anymore.
The Labour Government has fundamentally changed the way patients access a specialist.
It mandates that GP referrals HAVE to go through a filtering process with an explicit aim to divert many of them.
This isn’t NHS reform. It’s rationing by another name.

@juneslater17 I've read the main points of the Reform manifesto, and, to be honest, most of them are more than acceptable. But knowing what an utter lying **** Farage is, I'm 100% certain that they won't implement any of it. The real manifesto he keeps for his donors and backers.
@Cymrawd_Ted@implausibleblog Yes.
I don't work to support random strangers, I work to support myself and my family.
If the government wishes to make my life harder to improve other people who choose not to work, then I will just go somewhere else that doesn't do that.

Rejects the idea of pitting pensioners against students
Says the real divide is between the 99% and the 1%
And that we should tax the rich more
We live in a world with planes and passports, if people with wealth and the skills to earn it are pressed too hard, they just leave the country.
I am currently working overseas, because I am thankfully skilled enough to have the freedom to do so, and it's very refreshing to be able to live a comfortable and happy life without being taxed out the arsehole.

And somehow, it’s a more accurate summary of the U.S. government than anything coming out of the U.S. government.
@a_big_chad@implausibleblog We need equity not equality, and where does wealth come from, it's certainly not from hard work, unless it's done by other people.
@implausibleblog Nearly half of all income tax is paid by 5% of the working population.
Nearly 30% is paid by the top 1%
Every tax increase or anti-rich policy passed is more of these people leaving the country.
Welfare has already surpassed total tax take, this tactic has already failed.
@narindertweets@Orileyuk1 I'm more concerned about his drug policy that would decriminalise all class A and recreational drugs including those used in date rape.

Zack Polanski-
"Steve Reed, the Housing Secretary, he just charged £2,000 a pop to property developers to have a curry with him"
"We know property developers were not spending £2,000 to have a nice chat"
Pretty diabolical tbh.
