My 2 biggest worries about the job market: 1. There are still 1.5 million women missing from the labor force (they dropped out and haven't returned). Many are women of color. 2. Daycare & education are among the **least** recovered jobs. Daycare -10% vs Feb 2020 Educ: -5.5%
