During my sit down with the DA and lead prosecutor, they told me Karmelo Anthony has already been transferred to the prison to serve his sentence.
“As we speak, he's on his way to a Texas prison unit. He's not in Collin County, Texas anymore. And, you know, I hope one day when he's serving his sentence, the light goes on and he'll realize he did the wrong thing, and he can live a productive and law abiding life, either behind bars or not. Moving forward.”

@Stephan08401625 Yes. You pay PMI for a few years until the house goes up in value and the loan falls to 80% of the appraised value. Usually 5 years. Some places closer to 3. Then PMI can be dropped at that time.

Why does everyone think they need 20% down? Clearly this person hasn't talked to a mortgage banker/broker. You only need something around 3% for a down payment. That's how we first bought a home.
