@falloutplays It was the most fun I’ve had playing halo since reach came out but it’s also the most unstable buggy game I’ve played in a good while. Probably since launch cyberpunk? Also I’m pretty pissed off there’s no multiplayer or firefight

@giancar73012035 Maybe don’t play extraction shooters. It’s a lazy and shitty genre of games that are nothing more than a fad.

If Marathon were to die, I'd never play another extraction shooter again, because none of the ones out there today come close to it in terms of quality and artistic style.

@ExcellentWill @La_Chedda @A_dmg04 Future games will unlikely be cross platform after the changes of leadership. Much better strategy to get people hooked on first one then make them buy a console for the Halo 2 remake.

@La_Chedda @A_dmg04 Anniversary was a celebration and remaster of the first game to bring it up to par with Reach in terms of graphics. Campaign Evolved is more a demonstration of what future games are going to look like and a way to grow the brand since it and future games will be cross-platform.

@PaulTassi My clan and I are finishing up raid titles, dungeon titles, and pantheon titles. It’s usually 2 day a week basis obviously, people have families and lives. But we’ve knocked most of them out. Just have Crota, SE, and Desert Perpetual titles left raid.

@iamrobtv Dialogue is genuinely inferior in most cutscenes to the game from 25 years ago. Reused infinite models/animations/sound effects while simultaneously being marketed as a “faithful remake” “Faithful remake” has no MP. “Faithful remake” has retconned the MA5B to be 36 by default

Finished Campaign Evolved. Still have bonus missions to do but like.. I think it’s all around fantastic. The hand holdy-ness is probably my biggest critique and very 343 coded but man.. all around great remake imo Particularly thought the flood and the environmental storytelling with them was really well done and did the original Bungie vision a lot of justice. I also felt like the second half of the game was generally much more enjoyable than the OG. Much less repetition and although I didn’t like EVERY change they made related to level design, most of the changes were very appropriate. The completely re-done cutscenes and the added context with a lot of them, again, did the original Bungie vision favors, it didn’t take anything away or change things that didn’t need to be changed. It took something already great and made it better. Idk. I’ll let it sit longer but my initial thoughts have me confused more than anything because I can’t figure out why many are so upset by this remake outside of the bonus missions.

Clockwork is a deep RPG with crunchy systems; mature and intertwining narrative; far-reaching reactivity to your choices; interesting characters; great music; insane world building; and YES with great gunplay and awesome time powers but if you want a pure run and gun shooter, might we recommend Doom? hear great things

@HaloSupport Mission tracking scripts are broken I think. Had a checkpoint on Legendary Truth and Reconciliation but I had a checkpoint that got wiped from the update so I started from my latest rally point and it didn’t count for completion. Like come on now, I beat every part of it.
