Token B does not need price discovery. After it is used, it is trashed, when moved into the Blackhole wallet. In this example Token A is 'issued' directly into the Blackhole wallet

If you're not directly depositing into an AMM paired with another token that already has a value on the DEX or no one has accepted an offer on the DEX by purchasing TokenA then how is it assigned its initial price?

It's a bootstrap mechanism, not a market mechanism.. decided it was worth 0.05 XRP when you wrote the offer ratios. The circular flow just executes that exchang

If you can’t appreciate the system architecture behind the diagrams, then they are not for you. They are meant to show THE WHOLE SYSTEM
