@MCSolarWind He knows, he's been around longer than me. It's the new folk who get misled and scammed by the influencer /popularity seeking type. Confusing knowledgeable folk, with popular folk is a common mistake on twitter.

The XRP Ledger, because it has a distributed agreement algorithm, doesn’t have a dictator that chooses the content of a block.” “Arthur realized if you had some form of an exchange, like a stock exchange or an asset exchange. If you had a dictator that chooses each block, the dictator could front run, the dictator could refuse to let you cancel an offer, he could manipulate the exchange. And so what Arthur realized is that we didn’t (self corrects) Bitcoin couldn’t implement the DEX that wouldn’t have a dictator that could manipulate it. He realized that XRP ledger could implement an exchange without having those problems of someone who could front run because it didn’t have a dictator.”
