Good Morning. DC Statehood Now! ...with the 1982 constitution which contained a detailed bill of rights, a right to employment, a right to a fair wage, a public education guarantee, addresses housing, social services, and unlike the 2016 constitution, is Democratic 👍

Indeed, it is unfortunate that when DC residents ask their elected officials basic questions about what is in their drinking water, they are dismissed. It should also be noted that we reached out directly to @DOEE_DC and @TommyWells about this w/ no response.

Howard Students are doing a #BlackburnTakeover! We are staying here ALL NIGHT until the demand for BASIC HUMAN DECENCY are met. There are rats and roaches in the cafe, students without housing and mold in the limited housing that is available. This is unacceptable. #FightBack
