Sometimes it's not just a dream, but the moments in between that can make a difference! 14-year-old Cayden was recently treated to a once-in-a-lifetime VIP experience with the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field as he continues to decide on the perfect dream.

Earlier this week it was a fun day of arts and crafts @Nemours Children's Health Jacksonville, thanks to our amazing volunteers from @regencycenters who assisted us in taking over the lobby at Nemours and providing this opportunity to our Dreamers and families passing by.

#WhereAreTheyNowWednesday Chris was involved in a car accident in 2017 and suffered a TBI. Darius Rucker’s music was a HUGE part of his life and we were able to bring them together in 2018. Chris is married, majoring in engineering & “full of more joy than ever been before.”❤️

Our volunteers and staff were having a blast out at the Clay County Fair, manning the human slot machine. The fair will have a different organization represented at the human slot machine each night of the fair. #FunFriday

Meet the Southeast Georgia Dream Workers! They provide the best Dreams Come True experience for our Dreamers in SE GA. They just hosted a Bon Voyage Party & Egg Blitz for 3 Dream Families. #DYK with some of the best medical centers in the region, many dreamers come from SE GA.
