@Finnair a whole planes worth of bags were left in Heathrow yesterday (flying into Helsinki) Where are they? Customer service unhelpful and rude. No updates nearly 24 hours later- surely all 200+ bags are not ‘lost’ (flight AY1332)

@Georgia_Groome @Finnair @geoffgower @SimonCalder Still no word on any of our bags. We have had to buy new clothes, not cheap in Finland. Most worrying is we are due to fly on to Italy on Saturday for a camping trip. I know the problem is with Heathrow but still zero comms from Finnair. Hopefully your kids bag is foun soon too.

@Georgia_Groome @Finnair I am also one of those passengers whose luggage you, @Finnair, have lost. Single parent with toddler on 2 week holiday with no provisions, no communications and no idea what to do from here.

@AskAIB locked out of my account. Tried to log onto Internet banking, which told me to re-register for Internet banking(?). Directed to re-download mobile app, then set up SCA which will not work without a card reader, which isn't working. No Web chat and no one answering phones!

@easyJet No. Didn't get any email regarding the delay to our flight today either. (It seems easyjet knew about this last night) 7hrs and 15mins though!! A bottle of water costs €3 at the airport

@easyJet Stuck in Madeira airport, 7hrs 15min delay! Appreciate the €13.50 for refreshments but a small meal and a coffee and it's gone! Will there be something for us when we eventually get on our flight?? Pretty please?
