Even though I’ve had concerns over the years about how liquidity has been allocated on Cardano, I’m putting those concerns aside because I think this initiative is very important for the health of the ecosystem. CSWAP has been working on liquidity incentives and capital efficiency for years because we believe they are critical to Cardano’s success. I wish these issues had been taken more seriously earlier, because I think it could have made a real difference. That said, I believe the Alpha Growth proposal can bring deeper liquidity, stronger DeFi, and more economic activity to Cardano. With a stronger DeFi foundation, the best products may finally have a better chance to rise to the top. The AG team has a sound strategy for stimulating on-chain activity and a track record of success in other ecosystems. If you’re a dRep, I strongly encourage you to vote yes. This proposal gives Cardano one of its best chances this governance period to regain momentum and compete seriously again. Let’s bring in experts to help. It’s the smart thing to do.

Pay attention to me for once. We've been saying for months that Bitcoin needs utility, not another wrapped representation. BTC Karma shipped Phase 1 on Cardano before Sui shipped Hashi. Remember this when you say Cardano teams don't innovate. One of the industry's best-funded L1 teams is pursuing a very similar vision for Bitcoin to our @btc_karma . Phase 2 of BTC Karma will allow for native BTC to be collateralized in to Cardano stables and deployed across composable DeFI strategies. We are already on pre prod with phase 2. We've been working on this for a year and all founding entities have known about this. The difference? Sui is backing its Bitcoin strategy with institutional partnerships and significant ecosystem support. Meanwhile, we're being expected to build one of Cardano's flagship Bitcoin initiatives largely on our own? If Cardano wants to compete for Bitcoin liquidity, maybe we need to think about supporting the teams that are actually shipping.🤦‍♂️

If projects would've moved their liquidity to CSWAP then the liquidity situation would get better, but they don't. We've talked to snek and all the teams you work with and they just ignore us. Why? Our token launched at 5m usd fdv with 100% revenue share mechanics. Our DEX is the only one that can properly incentivize liquidity to come over from other ecosystems, because the price of the token will rise with volume and increased yield. Other DEX tokens launched at 1b valuations and offer nothing close to what we do. But nobody listens to us, and this is the result. Congrats Cardano projects.

I've always been about the Cardano community. My origin story started about 4.5 years ago, when I tried to help more than 2,000 people who had been rugged. 🙁 I started as a team of one, determined to build a better DEX and help those people recover what they lost. Right now, I see a few bottlenecks holding strong builders back on Cardano: - Low ecosystem activity. - Structural bias toward incumbents. - Governance and culture problems. - Damaged trust from users who have been mistreated by projects. - Limited access to resources, partly because past teams abused Catalyst, token holders, or both. But none of that is going to stop us from fulfilling our destiny. We're excited to expand into Bitcoin, because new users see a strong product, a talented team, and something they have never seen before. There isn't the same baggage that holds us back on Cardano. They don't care that it's part of an ecosystem narrative. They just want to earn on their Bitcoin! BTC Karma is not a Cardano Bitcoin project. It is a Bitcoin project built on Cardano rails. 😎 That distinction matters. Web3 has a lot of greed, extraction, and incompetence. Our holders get generosity, professionalism, integrity, and a team that actually cares. That is a breath of fresh air. I think it is time for our team to really shine. I can taste success. It is right around the corner. You would think these things would have translated more clearly into success on Cardano. I still believe they should.
