@tracyal1989 @Lowes I’ve been trying to get my money back for days and they still won’t initiate a refund. No product (one was shipped and the others were supposed to be delivered but were not, no updated tracking at all). Awful AI and chatbots giving the runaround. Awful service.

@Lowes Beven through that. Your company sold an item that is no longer available and was out of stock but didn't let us know that on 5-6-2025. They let us pay and when we called, we have gotten the run around. Now we have to wait 3-5 business days for refund.

@Lowes A voicemail from an executive is not a refund. My items weren’t delivered and there is no indication at all that any other attempts will be made to deliver. What is there to talk about? Please refund my order so I can just get my items myself and move on.

@Lowes annoyed that my package of one item was never delivered & I’m getting the run around about a refund and can’t get a redelivery and another order hasn’t been delivered yet with no indication of redelivery- why is it so hard to get items delivered? Or even accurate tracking?

@aliasdhacker @SamsungUS Oh great this is what I’m experiencing on a Samsung dryer I got delivered from @HomeDepot that broke in less than two weeks. Forced to schedule a service appointment which I did for 4/25, now they’re trying to push out til 4/30 and aren’t even confirming that. Ridiculous!!

Samsung Devices basically have no warranty! Purchased a $1,700 @SamsungUS oled Nov 4, 2024. Dead pixel, center screen. I tried to file a warranty claim on their website. Forced to schedule "home visit." Technician made me reschedule. Today they were a no-show.

@hashjenni Having to scan & bag our groceries while getting yelled at and stopped by a machine so a person has to come over anyway (and then the shopping cart stops working cuz you went down the wrong row for your car and were accidentally off property-maybe just a me thing but it sucked)

@CityofMeriden Consider this another complaint. It’s Tuesday and I’ve been at the intersection 5 times this week. 2/5 times someone blew through the stop sign. Your “blinking” stop signs aren’t doing anything. Please don’t wait for someone to get hurt. Fix this problem!

@Patricia_Ann_E I’ve never done diapers in an Instacart (I have used the Target delivery though and that was fine) but I had a male shopper call me just to verify a different flavor of toddler snack was okay- he wanted to make sure there were no allergies because it was for a baby. A true gem!
