کچھ شرم ہم صحافیوں کو بھی کرنی چاہیے۔ اخبار کی دنیا میں صحافی کم تھے لیکن اب ٹی وی چینلز کی وجہ سے ہزاروں صحافی پیدا ہوگئے ہیں۔ اندازہ کریں 3200 صحافی اسلام آباد پریس کلب کے ممبران ہیں۔ جی بتیس سو پورے بلکہ شاید 3280 اور مزے کی بات ہے سب کے سب کلب الیکشن لڑ کر صحافیوں کے لیڈرز بننا چاہتے ہیں۔ ہمیں ٹھیک کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔اب تو لگتا ہے الیکشن لڑنے والے زیادہ ہوگئے ہیں بس ووٹرز کی تلاش ہے۔ رسہی سہی کسر ہمارے پیارے سوشل میڈیا صحافیوں نے پوری کر دی ہے جبکہ بقول ایلون مسک چار ارب لوگ جو انٹرنیٹ/سوشل میڈیا استمعال کرتے ہیں وہ سب citizen journalists ہیں۔ بس وہ چار ارب صحافی خبریں ڈھونڈ رہے ہیں اور فالورز۔۔ باقی ہم صحافی عوام کو سدھارنا چاہتے ہیں، خود نہیں سدھریں گے، عوام کو اچھا شہری بنانا چاہتے ہیں خود نہیں بنیں گے، خود نہ پڑھنا چاہتے ہیں نہ دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں۔ لیکن کم از کم یہ دیکھ لیں کہ ہم خود کون ہیں جو دوسروں پر تبرے پڑھتے ہیں۔ انتہائی شرم ناک۔ یقینا یہ افطاری کے بعد یہ گند مچایا گیا ہے۔ دراصل ہمیں گند اور گندگی میں رہنا اب اچھا لگتا ہے۔ گند اور گندگی ہمارا کلچر یہی ہے۔ ہمارے ہاں تو گندے بازاروں میں کھانے پینے کی دکانوں پر سیوریج گندلی نالیوں اور گٹر کے اوپر بیٹھ کر سری پائے، نہاری، اور کھابے کھانے میں کوئی شرم محسوس نہیں ہوتی تو یہ معمولی بات ہے۔ کوئی شرم ، کوئی حیا ، کوئی گریس ؟

Today Pak-EPA team collected water samples from CDA-regulated filtration plants in Red Zone & Sector G-5, Islamabad, to ensure compliance with National Environmental Quality Standards (NEQS). These samples are now under detailed analysis at Pak-EPA's lab: CLEAN

Islamabad's air quality index has shown consistent improvement due to stringent actions against air pollution-causing elements. Citizens are urged to participate in eco-friendly activities and identify pollution sources to facilitate targeted measures
