@FortySacks BS There's Not. And 1869 Tells It. Now You're Going Through It Again, But On The Modern Day Version, Completely Ramped Up With Trudeau's Mass Immigration When He Turned Canada Into A Post-National State. I Told You It Kept Repeating. Just Like The Nonsense You're Pushing

Because my nation extends from Cape Race to Nootka Sound. Cutting off limbs of the national body hurts it and blunts its ability to function and defend itself. There is no Alberta people, Manitoban people or Scotian people. There are Canadians
DianaDisaster@DianaDisaster05

@FortySacks @vix_0ii But do we though? Every law has been made a mockery of. You don't have any ability as defined by the system we're under's function. Why not let every province leave, take their own measures to remove all foreign influence permanently and rejoin later?

There’s a pattern emerging with figures like Rath, Parker, and Marty that deserves more scrutiny than it’s getting. The branding is always the same. Freedom. Sovereignty. Standing up for Alberta. But when you set the slogans aside and look at what’s actually happening, things get a lot murkier. Genuine freedom movements don’t typically involve intimidation tactics or doxxing. They don’t thrive on division without offering anything concrete on the other side of it. And they tend to have clear answers when someone asks the obvious question: separate from what, and toward what exactly? That last part is what nobody seems willing to press them on. It’s one thing to tap into real frustration, and that frustration is legitimate, plenty of Albertans feel it. But channeling that frustration into a movement that keeps circling back to the same small group of people gaining influence and relevance is a different thing entirely. If this was genuinely about the people, you’d see transparency. You’d see a coherent plan that holds up when someone pushes back on it. You’d see accountability. What we keep seeing instead is deflection and escalation every time hard questions get asked. So maybe the more important question isn’t whether they want separation. It’s who they’re trying to free Alberta from, and who they expect Alberta to answer to once they get there. Because those two questions say a lot more about what this movement is actually about than any slogan ever will.

Comment from the Prime Minister regarding the reported voters list breach in Alberta: — “These breaches of the personal privacy of millions of Canadian citizens are deeply concerning. I expect Elections Alberta and the RCMP to work thoroughly and expeditiously to assess the causes and to pursue appropriate actions against those responsible. “We must be constantly vigilant to protect the rights of Canadians and the integrity of our democratic processes.”

While Trudeau/Carney kill pipelines and tax you to death, Trump just opened the floodgates for Alberta oil. 500,000 barrels per day flowing south — no red tape, no net-zero BS This is why Alberta belongs with winners, not Ottawa’s commie circus Let’s go! 🔥

I really wish X would fix blocking. Right now, when you block someone, you can't see their content which is fine but they can still see all of yours. That makes zero sense The whole point is to create distance. Yet they can still scroll through my posts, screenshot me, and stay in my business. How is that real blocking? If I block you, my profile and posts should disappear from your view completely. No loopholes, no "view as logged out" workarounds. That's how every other major platform handles it, and it's common sense. X has made huge improvements, but this is one of those basic user-safety features that still feels half-baked. Protecting users from harassment shouldn't be this one-sided. Am I wrong, or am I the only one that feels this way?

From 2000: "Old-guard Reform members say new Conservative Alliance is not the party they joined. The Reform Party was snuffed out a long time ago. All that remained this weekend was to bury the corpse." A group calling themselves the Grassroots Against Reform's Demise formed in the wake of the Reform Party's foolish quest to try to change their name to the Conservative Alliance (subsequently named the Canadian Alliance) and their party's image in an effort to suck up to Eastern voters, a strategy which failed miserably. It was not unlike how Pierre Poilievre, very much liked by Western Canadians, changed his tune to suck up to Eastern voters in last year's federal election. The West wants what it wants and likes what it likes, while the East wants what they want and likes what they like, and these things never usually align. Those who mourned the Reform Party's demise back in 2000 were wise. They knew it was a funeral and not a wedding. And to those who thought that the 2004 merger of the Conservative Party and Progressive Conservative Party was a wedding, they need to understand that that too was a funeral. Think about all the policies Reform Party had fought for in the 90s and consider that none of those things ever came to pass; they died with the Conservative merger. Of course the West didn't get in, in 2006 when the Conservative Party managed to win an election. All that happened is that it gave the West a temporary reprieve from Liberal madness.

You think your landlocked province of barely 5 million that is 50% non-Canadian, outnumbered ages 18 and below by foreigners, with a short history, whose identity has been blunted by a century of economic migration both foreign and domestic, that rejects its own distinct ethnic foundation is going to be some shining independent beacon of a petro-state in North America. Capable of staving off the the economic, political, and cultural influence of Canada, the United States, and its own pervasive foreign ethnic lobbies its already failing to curb, you completely delusional.

No, the reason anyone with a brain on the right detests you is because you’re trying to fuck us all when the federal government already is. It’s really that simple. It’s not only about the people of Alberta, or of Quebec. If you split up this country, we all lose. I do not want my life and opportunities, or those of my nation destroyed further because you were too stupid, naive, or willfully blind to the geopolitical reality of pursuing independence should you succeed. This solipsistic narcissism is disgraceful. Willing to put us in the line of fire so because you think you’ll get cheaper gas and groceries at Costco, a bigger salary and a bigger house. A single province leaves, millions are worse off, that province instantly falls into the sphere of influence of a hegemon, be it the Americans, Chinese, or at this rate, Indians, undoing any project in attempt to better itself. Your clapping and cheering for a sovereignty that will never come and your liberal delusions taken from Hollywood movies about “we the people”, and “the will” of the people speak to your inability to understand the world you live in.

You've Got It Backwards And Your Thought Process Is An Indoctrinated Mess. You Seem To Be Convinced That Canada Somehow Worked Properly At Some Point And The Solution Is To Go Back To It And Then Make It Better. But Make No Mistake The Country Was Founded And Designed By An Elitist Who Made It To Specifically Serve The Elitists and Better Off The Sycophants. And That It Does, To This Very Day, Which Is Why You're In This Mess, You've Only Noticed Now That The West And This Country Isn't Good With Anything Or Works As A Cohesive Unit. Because We're Not And Never Were. Now Go See Why Yourself, It Starts In 1867 And Continually Repeats From There.

Your province is majority non-Canadian under age 30 and heavily outnumbered under age 18. Indians already control every city in your province and your "movement" is an astro-turfed, American funded splinter fifth column to help weaken Canada's hold over it's own resources and territory for Washington. Great job, you're a very useful imbecile - and a traitor. You're actually worse than the indians.
Albertan Separatist@GlobalismIsBad

@JeremyMacKenzi There's a solution for this. Canada is unrepairable & isn't a functioning democracy. Come back West while you still can.
