Malo ih je razdrmao poraz 99, pa su skočili da zbace Slobu. Bukvalno se kroz četiri godine vratili na fabrička podešavanja. Ne postoji ništa što ja ili neko drugi može da kaže i napiše da se iz te uloge izađe. 2026. godina je, mi pričamo kao da je 1996.

@polidemitolog @FCMart1n The choice sucks atm. Neither EU accession nor US alliance offers are present. We are not wanted in either instance. None of the regional powers want Serbia with agency so they are actively supporting a pliant client regime with a very compromised leadership.

To understand the situation in Serbia, you must first understand the Serbian median voter. He wants European democracy, European investments, visa-free travel, and free education at European universities, but he also wants Russia to conquer Ukraine and dictate terms to Europe, Iran to sink all American aircraft carriers, and to once more put the Kosovo Albanians in their place. You see, it’s not an either/or situation. Serbia’s European future is attainable; its revanchist wet dreams are not. But until the median voter accepts this reality, there will never be democracy in Serbia, there will never be a decent standard of living, and there will never be a future.

@polidemitolog @FCMart1n Serbia has never been anti western, we have been engaging both sides for a very long time. Its hard to be pro NATO atm when you were bombed and occupied by same alliance. EU accession is dead & EU support to current govt is also hypocritical. Serbs are given fake promises.

I don't measure everything in a pro-Russia/anti-Russia way obsessively. Russia is simply the main external threat for all of Europe. I don't need you to virtue signal daily, and I don't need you to wave any flags. The only rule I have is that if you, however timidly and for whatever reason, support the main threat to Europe, you classify yourself as an enemy of Europe.
