DHL is a fuckin joke. been trackin a package for 10 days. It hadn't moved for 5 days as of this mornin, now they have no information on it. Called DHL. They said I have 2 call a different DHL #. Called that DHL # and apparently everybody's in a meeting 🖕🏽@DHLCanadaHelp

@DHLCanadaHelp Waiting for delivery in Surrey BC. Driver (from Richmond BC) drove right past my door ( saw him) yesterday with my delivery. Phoned! Useless! Redelivery due today. Now told it's tomorrow! 3 days rearranged to suit DHL! STILL A PROBLEM!!! #awfulservice

@DHLCanadaHelp I received an email that my mail is ready to pick up at staples. I went there and they couldn’t find my package, it says shipment on hold. When i track from phone it says that package is ready to pickup. I only have til monday before it’s sent back to vietnam. Help

@DHLCanadaHelp DHL charged $40 +shipping on a tiny $40 item, then added a surprise $21 customs fee. Delivery required a surprise signature (not mentioned upfront) & is now over 5 days late despite repeated “coming tomorrow” updates. Expensive, misleading, unhelpful & completely unreliable.
