@therealcarlin Same thing happened to me today. Sadly for them, I have access to security cameras that showed absolutely no one from @DHLCanadaHelp came anywhere close to us. I followed up w/ Customer Service & they supposedly informed dispatch to get the driver to come "back." No one showed up

DHL IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! DELIVERY WAS NOT ATTEMPTED! The premises ARE NOT CLOSED!! I followed the driver on the map and watched him in-person IRL drive past without stopping.

@DHLCanadaHelp J'ai acheté un machin sur Amazon. Le site précise que j'ai été livré le 22 décembre 2025. J'ai tenté de communiquer en privé via votre site. Rien à faire, votre chat est en panne et aucun autre moyen de contact n'est proposé. Je n'ai rien reçu! J'ai demandé à recevoir la preuve de livraison, toujours RIEN. Pourtant, ma caméra de surveillance a enregistré le passage de "votre gars" Voici la capture d'écran. Alors, on fait quoi? Ce n'est pas la première fois que des colis disparaissent où arrivent à moitié ouvert. Comme celui ci! Livré le 6 décembre.

@DHLCanadaHelp x2: a driver buzzed my door, I buzzed them in, and they never appeared. 2 mins later, delivery is marked "no answer". I've rescheduled again assuming someone working on Friday will be able to: buzz a door for entry, then enter and leave a package. 3302745224

@DHLCanadaHelp I was supposed to receive my package on Dec 31. It was marked as incorrect address. Nothing was wrong, but still I changed unit to apt for clarity. Same error again next day. So I contacted customer care, he assured me it's corrected now.
