We know LEE worked with Ruby in Dallas while Harvey was in New Orleans that summer. I think that’s why John thought it was LEE who went to MX. But he has since come to see what I presented as correct. Live and learn. The possibility is strong, but imo needs more corroborating.

Thanks to Bart, we have digitized versions from years of NARA visits when Malcolm would meet Armstrong and spend weeks making copies.
