We were happy to have hosted the @GuelphDevSquad and coach @DJamnicky earlier this week at our Provincial Development Camp. The group did some crits and worked on bike skills in preparation of the crit style course at this weekend's Super League Ottawa race

If you'd asked me after Rio would I want to keep running if it meant I'd finish last in back to back @Diamond_League races, I would've said no. BUT here I am, and I want to finish strong. It's ugly at times, but here's to fighting all the way. Because I still can.

Sharing this on twitter because, to date, it is my favorite photo of 2019. In the middle of #WTSMontreal, Norway’s Gustav Iden got his chain jammed. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time to capture him attempting to fix it cruising along at 45kph 🤯
