@apenwarr Cross cloud is ideal for startups too from a cost perspective running prod workloads on a large provider while operating dev in more cost effective ones. I’ve implemented Tailscale now at 5 companies using this. The product is incredible.

@flowfoot @ZFleischmann All very mindful but it’s just a pragmatic problem of scale. I do run a small business and have many friends on the same boat. It’s simply difficulty to have such profit with 3 people only. Bootstrapped companies that manage to do that are exceptions

@drgurner I am using a tablet but have switched to remarkable tablets. I no longer have scroll and the technique feels like paper. I have noticed retention is greatly improved vs other digital methods and saves the time from digital conversion later.

Fun fact: I take all client notes with paper and pen for this reason, and write a summary in a doc later for this reason. It sticks. It's one small thing that makes the work better, and is worth the effort. I remember the details - they're important.
