@MartinSLewis I'm 56, withdrew £6000 from my nest pension last week. Hmrc taxed me £750 on it. They then changed my tax code so I owe them another £200 apparently!

@TowerHousewares I'm now on my third tower vision airfryer in the space of 18 months !!!! There is obviously a fault with the drawers as the screws keep coming loose and will not tighten up !

@SkyHelpTeam I left you on the 3rd of July. On the 10th of July you still took the direct debit from my bank. You have now told me I won't get that back until August 10th. NOT ACCEPTABLE! IT'S MY MONEY ! This should be refunded to me immediately!

@SkyHelpTeam 45 days ! I'm thinking of maybe hundreds or thousands of ex customers money sat in sky's bank account! Do you have a complaints procedure on this matter please.

@DJonesflooring Sky payments are taken a month in advance, so you might still be billed for the full month ahead after your service has been cancelled. Once your service has ended, any credit on your Sky account will be put back in your bank account after 45 days. Thanks, Emma

@SkyHelpTeam My service ended on the 3rd of July. I had already paid in advance up to the 9th of July. The next payment you took was 10th of July to the 9th of August !

@DJonesflooring Hi Dan If your service was active on the statement date (14 days before the payment date) you can still be charged a further month. Any overpayments are automatically refunded to your previous payment method 45 days after the service ended. (1/2)

@SKYBROADBANDSU1 why is it you take a payment after I've left you and I'm told it won't be refunded until August ! It's my money and I want it in my bank account!!
