@TGSRTCHQ Heavy delays on bus TS03UB8618. It has taken 4 hours to cover a very short distance today. Is there a technical issue or an update on why this is happening? This is a huge inconvenience for commuters. Please look into it. #TGSRTC #Gamyamapp #PublicTransport

Dear @TGSRTCHQ Buses are not stopping properly near VMR Polytechnic, Rampur, Hanamkonda, forcing students to run on the road, which is unsafe. Kindly ensure proper stopping. Kindly add extra evening buses. This route is under HNK/WGL Depot. Please treat this as urgent. Thank you

Dear @DMWL15 Sir/Madam, RTC earlier ran buses from Bairanpalli to Hanamkonda via Tharigoppula in the morning and return in evening Now they stop at Tharigoppula, leaving people struggling to reach home and travel to HNK Kindly restore this route @Ponnam_INC @TGSRTCHQ @PRR_BRS

Hi @dmwgl1tsrtc @TGSRTCHQ I’m on the way from HNK to HYD in WGL 1 Depot AC bus. It’s been 1 hour since journey started, still vehicle didn’t get cool. AC is not working properly. I asked driver, he said there is some issue. We are feeling suffocated. Please look into this issue
