My #Cardiology paper of the year: Daily Step Count in @JACCJournals The optimal steps to ⬇️ CVD events is NOT THAT HIGH! Totally achievable! Its easy to get discouraged by the marathoners, bodybuilders, etc. Sure that's great, but not necessary. Do enough, the benefits follow

Yes! #ICE is the modality of the future for interventional procedural guidance. ICE allows for procedures with moderate sedation and same-day discharge. 3D-ICE in particular will soon become standard. LAAO, septal, & valvular interventions: ICE early, and ICE often!
