@thetrainline hi due to the disruption caused today with strikes I had trouble changing my ticket on the app and had to buy an earlier one - I now can’t get a refund on my later ticket ! Can you help - the app is offering me £5! On a strike weekend it should be refunded easily ?

@DQBrighton Hi there - this train was delayed and cancelled at some stations due to a signalling issue. Other services will be running to Flitwick. You will need to change at either St Pancras or St Albans ^Hannah
