@brockpierson I absolutely loved zip disks. Just the feel and sound of them going in. Mine stopped working years ago and I have one in my eBay cart. Might have to grab it just for hell of it. I wish they could design a high capacity one as a form of magnetic tape backup disks.

They came in 100MB, 250MB, or 750MB, compared to the standard 1.44MB of a 3.5-inch floppy...

Last week I randomly got a $9,000 bill for a hospital visit from last year. I called them up and they said my insurance decided not to cover it. Why? Because.
.@Aetna can just decide they’re not interested in covering something and then you’re left with an inflated bill to pay out of pocket after the fact.
This is in addition to a $2,000 bill that I already paid. They just don’t want to cover it despite me paying a monthly premium.
Meanwhile illegals get free healthcare.

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.
