I think it's fine for some of you to just say, 'I don't like Arsenal and don't want them to win the league' rather than pretending you have some kind of moral objection based on play style or a VAR call or whatever. It just looks sour, be honest about where you are coming from.

Universities don't need to "teach students to use AI well." The whole point of AI is that it doesn't require any skill. Universities *should* teach students how to write and research on their own, and foster an ethic of shaming people who outsource their basic ability to think.

The competition between some (not all) of the @BBCr4today presenters to see who can be rudest and smart-arsest with government ministers (though rarely Farage and Co) might be one of the reasons they are losing so many listeners. @patmcfaddenmp did well there not to say “if it’s so f-ing easy why don’t you give it a go one day Amol?” Also wonder whether the “morning ministerial round” has had its day. Pat better than most at covering all issues but often such a waste of time to have Minister for X answering Qs on issues ABCD and E (usually what’s big in the right wing rags) followed by one Q on the thing they actually know about.

@SW_Help hi I’m currently on a train to SOA. Sat at WIN because of the fire up the line. Are we authorised to use taxis to complete the journey? Your website mentions bus replacement but this would take too long for me to get to work at Uni of Southampton. Many thanks.

@SW_Help Is there anyway this can be escalated so that this can be granted? There are too many displacements to passengers to make waiting for the replacement bus unwarranted in this instance and the journey - to reiterate from WIN to SOA - would be quicker by taxi at this point. Thks

Yesterday, we went down to Brixton tube station for the last ever day of Brixton News, one of the capital's last specialist news stands. TfL are raising the rent on the unit Pritesh Patel and his brother run from £40,000 a year to £125,000 a year, something they cannot afford.
