So crazy it’s been really hard to gain weight lol. Never ever had this problem. I’m eating a lot. Weight won’t go up. Yesterday had Greek yogurt bowl with collagen protein, two rice crispy squares, fruit (700 cals) Double chipotle steak bowl, 3 steak tacos (1300 cals) Big bowl of French toast crunch and 6 cookies with milk. (1100 cals) Total 3100 Woke up 1 lbs lighter. This is so weird. And only 6000 steps yesterday, didn’t workout

@anishmoonka The melanin is everything. Sun causes almost all of our wrinkles, their skin does better in the sun. Have met many Asian woman who don’t use any sunscreen or skincare and look 20 years younger than they are

East Asian skin shows wrinkles 10 to 20 years later than white skin. Six things explain it. Two are genetic. Four are daily habits, and Japanese women who move to the US lose them within one generation. Start with skin structure. East Asian skin has a thicker inner layer than white skin, with more of the tiny cells that build collagen. Collagen is what makes skin springy. Press a child's cheek and watch it bounce right back; that's collagen at work. More builder cells, slower loss. Then there's melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. East Asian skin has more of it, and melanin acts like a tiny umbrella inside the skin, soaking up the sun's rays before they can damage the collagen below. Those two are baked in. The other four are behavior, and that's where most of the gap comes from. Eighty-five percent of Japanese women wear sunscreen every single day. Their sunscreens block the aging rays much more aggressively than what Westerners grab at the drugstore. Only 44 percent of Japanese find a tan attractive (against 81 percent of Europeans), so the "tan looks healthy" idea that drives Western sun exposure barely exists there. Then comes cooking. Traditional Japanese food is mostly poached, steamed, boiled, or simmered. Almost no frying or grilling. When food gets crisped or browned by dry heat, it creates damage particles called AGEs that travel into your blood. These particles latch onto your skin's collagen and stiffen it like old rubber. Skip the high-heat cooking, and your collagen stays flexible for far longer. Add daily fish, miso, green tea, and vegetables, and the body gets a steady drip of omega-3s and plant compounds that slow collagen damage from the inside. Body weight is the fifth piece. Around 5 percent of Japanese adults are obese by the international standard. In the US, it's 41 percent of women. Extra body fat keeps the body in a low burn of inflammation, and that inflammation quietly chews on skin collagen year after year. Sixth: starting age. Japanese women treat skincare like brushing teeth and begin in their late teens. Most Westerners wait until their thirties. What looks like a genetic edge is really four daily choices riding on two real head starts. You can't change your skin's thickness or your melanin. But the sunscreen, the cooking style, the body fat, and the start age are all in your hands.

@SahilBloom Serious question: if this is true and your thoughts become your reality, how many people out there are wishing and constantly thinking about money and wanting to be more financially stable then why does it not happen for most people?

@RobLipsett Yea I’m lean but as I’ve aged (40 now) the wrinkles are starting to add up from being in the sun so was wondering if there’s anything you to do to help combat that?

@dreamfadefly @MurrayHillGuy1 100%. Lived in both places over 10 years and women in NY are so much more attractive than women in so cal. So cal one of the most overrated places in the country for women. NY and Scottsdale best two looking places in US for women and not close.

As far as anti-ageing procedures go, 2026 is definitely the year of CO2 laser resurfacing. I’ve seen some absolutely INSANE results. Between metabolism-maxxing, innovative skincare and all these semi-invasive procedures, ageing is starting to feel almost irrelevant. W for women

@adamhuver @limitlesstack You really shouldn't use tret or retinoids (unless specifically designed for it) under your eye area. There's research showing that the use of retinoids there destroys the meiobium eyes glands which can cause dry eye syndrome

not sure why more people don't talk about tretinoin this stuff is really life changing. i do not recommend visiting a derm unless u specifically ask for tret and reject ALL their other reccs i skipped all that, here's what i did tretinoin (topical gel, 6-12 weeks): 0.05% nightly apply after cleansing full dose from day 1 daily application (3x/week is cope) expect peeling week 1-2 forces faster skin cell renewal clears surface acne then run isotret to stop future acne isotretinoin (oral pill, 4-6 months): systemic remodeling of the sebaceous glands shrinks oil glands permanently skin purges week 2-3 clears by month 4 done. now i run tret whenever i want. anti aging + actor level shining skin. most ppl would honestly benefit from tret alone. isotret only if you're ready for the side effects. this is the generic tret + isotret i used international tretinoin: buygenerics.com/generic-meds/r… international isotretinoin: buygenerics.com/generic-meds/a… not medical advice.
limitlesstack@limitlesstack

this $30 tube beats EVERY combination of branded skincare. tretinoin is the gold standard. it's what dermatologists use as the benchmark. the reason it works so well is that it's FORCING your skin to renew itself. accelerated cell turnover. 14 days in. full dose from day 1. peeling came around week 1. washed it off in the shower. gone in minutes. by day 21 my skin was 90% fixed. only rule i followed, applying it daily. 3x a week gets you nowhere. retinization doesn't happen without consistency. also dropped my ghk cu for the season. can't stack actives with tret. otc retinol creams are 20x weaker. la mer. the ordinary. drunk elephant. all of them are cope. tretinoin is superior. one tube. prescription only. 30 bucks. the skincare industry exists because tretinoin requires a doctor.

~40g sugar (Gatorade) during lifting blunts cortisol (~+99% → ~+7%) and enhances muscle growth ~40–45g sugar (Gatorade) during lifting blunted cortisol (~+99% → ~+7%) and led to ~+20% greater muscle fibre growth over 12 weeks. Fat loss and lean mass changes only trended (not significant), but direction favored the carb group. Mechanism is lower cortisol → less protein breakdown → better growth and body composition signal PMID: 11905937

Incorporating carbs intra-workout (I drink 1L orange juice every session) was a game changer for me. After years of stagnation, I started gaining strength and muscle again. Carbs spike insulin, which opposes cortisol, making them anti-catabolic. Plus, your muscles need quick fuel for intense efforts, without carbs, you’ll burn through glycogen and start breaking down muscle to make glucose.

Got my T levels back in shredded condition. Most crash their T getting lean My testosterone’s 740 ng/dl Free T is 21.83 ng/dl Reference range for free T is 5-21 lol. Yes im natural. LH is 6 (testosterone crashes to near zero) FSH is 2 (testosterone crashes to near zero) SHBG 45 (testosterone suppresses greatly) Basically, no one on testosterone claiming natural will show LH/FSH and SHBG. My system keeps T levels high as you strip off fat. Proper calories, balanced macros, 3 lifts per week, steps. Not over doing the training. And key supplementation (mojo).
