Take BankM: e.g. for FY25/26e they simply adopt company guidance (€56m revenue / €5.3m net income) without reconciling it with H1 performance. That implies a net margin drop from 11.4% (H1) to ~6.4% (H2) - with no explanation.

@Vedtradet @R2Discovery You’re missing that this is a German stock. If it were a company from almost any other market, the valuation would already look very different. Just look at how long it took for the rally to materialize last year. However, sooner or later, German investors will wake up too.

Another $CEK unexpected order, that will contribute to analyst expectation beat (and more growth and disproportionally earnings). Ceotronics trades now at €11.2 means last year: 7x EBIT, 6x EBITDA vs. main competitor $IVSO Invisio at 38x and 31x. Totally crazy in my view and I expect more growth from $CEK in next years, both International and German market. CEOTRONICS AG has received an order worth approximately €3.6 million from a European customer in the occupational safety/hearing protection sector for CT-ComLink® cable and electronic assemblies.

@KyleSalvitti @R2Discovery Catalysts are currently limited for $CEK, but this may change with the anticipated 4th call-off under the SmG framework agreement with the German Armed Forces (~€40m for CeoTronics?), as well as the upcoming FY results. Momentum is likely to improve in April and May.

$CEK continues to trade poorly, depsite showing that their growth efforts are expanding to other EU governments with the latest contract. Setting up for a beat in May and another record FY 26/27, not sure what I am missing here. Anything I am overlooking @R2Discovery?

Small part of research for the investors saying Ceotronics is only visible in Germany with Rheinmetall. Over the last 6 months, Ceotronics S.L. ( $CEK Spanish entity) participated in 13 public procurement procedures in Spain with a 100% success rate. The total volume awarded reached €732,741, distributed among 12 contracting entities. Key clients include the Dirección General de Racionalización y Centralización de la Contratación (central government purchasing body) and the Jefatura de Asuntos Económicos de la Guardia Civil (Civil Guard). Source: Tendios.com Then this is the key opportunity for Ceotronics in Spain: They launched the procurement of tactical radio communication systems (SCRT — Sistema Conjunto de Radio Táctica), with initial funding of €350 million allocated in the 2025 defense budget. One of the many I have found, that are possible for next quarters. All of that is happening for sub 10x EBITDA valuation on current, very sticky German business.

Off topic regarding my investment portfolio, but today after talking with a friend, I came across a German defense company, CeoTronics AG (CEK.F) H1 FY 2025/26 Revenue: €34.2M (+61.6% YoY) Net income: €3.9M (+387.7% YoY) EBIT: €5.8M (+287% YoY) Order intake: €61.4M (+163.8% YoY) Order backlog (Jan 2026): ~€75.8M Largest single order in company history: ~€47M FY 2024/25 (Full Year) Revenue: €55.8M (+88% YoY) Net profit: €4.74M (+279% YoY) They are in a sharp acceleration phase mainly driven by German defense spending and large communication system contracts. Their revenue growth is strong, but profit growth is even stronger. Backlog is at record levels. Forward P/E Ratio: 12.46 One thing to also note, the stock suffered two major drawdowns last year of around 40%. Do with this information as you may. NFA. DYOR.

Exciting find on new Ceotronics $CEK CT-VoiceControl product range presentation. I doubt that anyone includes anything from this product in their Sales forecasts, while the competition is not there and adressable market for this dual-use technology should be very large.

On yesterday's earnings call, the company also confirmed that no additional CAPEX projects are required and headcount growth will be minimal. The supply chain is well established. Everything is set for high-margin mass production.

The use cases are virtually limitless, well beyond military applications. Speak to first responders: this is exactly what they need and want.

Ceotronics $CEK now reversed most of the gains after the excellent results on January 23. Which means it’s probably trading again at around 8x EBIT for this year, compared with competitor Invisio at 45x or defense companies in general at over 20x. The main difference is not the low multiple, but that Ceotronics is still ahead of the largest revenue growth in its history (2027/2028), with new orders both from the Bundeswehr and potentially from European NATO and ReArm. That’s how efficient Mr. Market is — and the kinds of opportunities it creates for long term investors, as shown in the chart.

Die Aufrüstung Europas nimmt Fahrt auf – neben Invisio (wichtigster Peer mit ca. 40x EBIT) der einzige Spezialist für kritische Kommunikation für Soldaten und uniformierte Dienste; derzeit zudem der einzige Unterlieferant von Rheinmetall mit einem Vertrag für die gesamte Bundeswehr. Hervorragende Ergebnisse für H1 (Geschäftsjahr bis Mai), Mitte Januar veröffentlicht: 5,8 Mio. EUR EBIT (Verdreifachung gegenüber dem Vorjahr). Der Kurs ist wieder auf das Niveau vor der Veröffentlichung gefallen, auf etwa 9x-10x EBIT. Triggers: ein weiterer Call-off aus Deutschland mit Rheinmetall; erwartete Ausweitung des Rahmenvertrags für die deutsche Armee von 191 000 Soldaten auf 460 000 (Projekt Faser); weitere Verträge innerhalb der europäischen NATO, darunter die Schweiz sowie mindestens einige weitere Länder, die ihre Soldatenausrüstung modernisieren wollen. Zusätzlich eine dynamisch wachsende Dividende (im Einklang mit den Ergebnissen und ohne das F&E-Budget auszubluten). Vollständig deutsche (europäische) Lieferkette -> damit eine sehr gute Positionierung aus Top-down-Sicht und im Kontext dessen, was Donald Trump tut...
