@British_Airways upgraded seats for a one-off family holiday due to my chronic back issue, seat was broken on an 11hr flight. 7 emails later, offered £100 Avios I cannot use. Incredibly disappointed in the service from a global brand.

@British_Airways Paying for a flight seat that does not work is like booking a hotel room with a sea view, only to arrive and find the window is bricked up. You are still staying the night, but not in the way you were promised and certainly not for the price you paid.

@British_Airways This is getting ridiculous. After 11 emails asking for a manager to call me, I’ve now been told, “We can’t call as we don’t have access to some systems.” How am I meant to dispute this if I can’t even speak to a person?

@British_Airways @British_Airways Buying a flight seat that cannot recline is like buying a car with broken air con. It may get you there, but it is not the product you paid for. Not what you expect from a global brand, the cost should be refunded.

@British_Airways @British_Airways I am really please you recommended contacting customer relations to dispute the situation. 9 emails sent and no resolution, last sent on the 18/04 and no response. Nice to see @British_Airways taking ownership of the issue....

I think you are missing the point. I have already sent “7 emails” to customer relations who were less than helpful. Disputed the response and was offered £50 and that is how it got to unusable £100 Avios points being issued…….

@WeberGrills @steve_schu Pleased to see that I am not the only one with problems! Faulty part under warranty. Can only contact Weber by email, 2/3 day response. Wrong parts sent, now out of stock, when it is back in it can only be delivered in 5-10 days! Claim will have taken 9 weeks! Great service!

Bought a new grill @HomeDepot today. When I got it home the igniter didn’t work. Went back to the store and asked that they give me a replacement part. They wouldn’t. Called customer service. They wouldn’t help because it was an in store purchase. Might be a @Lowes guy now.

@jet2tweets great to promote the Algarve, but been trying to change a flight to the Algarve all week and the website keeps failing. Told to call and spent an hour on hold yesterday and been on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes this morning. Any chance of anyone answering the phone?
