American husband is begging for help for his Canadian wife, who was arrested and detained by ICE after assaulting a teenager in New Jersey for wearing patriotic Trump and ICE apparel. Kaitlyn Tracey allegedly recorded herself confronting a group of four girls on the NJ’s beach boardwalk when she became violent. Matthew Geroni, who claims to be her husband and is a left-wing troll, says he doesn’t care what people think of him, but he wants to get his wife released. She has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment, and obstruction. He even created a GoFundMe to help cover her legal expenses, but he was forced to take it down after MAGA supporters reported it. Tracey, who entered the U.S. in 2024 using her passport, had been living in Asbury Park. The entire incident was captured on surveillance video before Tracey left the scene. She was later identified and arrested.

I went to disney world/universal studios in 2023 and 2024. I spent between $12k to $15k on each trip The dollar was just as low then as it is now. Trump is why I'm not going now. I literally slam that moldy old orange Mussolini daily for a living. I will not risk going to alligator Alcatraz for the mouse. Also just fuck trump. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money in a country and is actively trying to fuck our economy. I would have gone to disneyland in 2025 but trump made me go, "Not gonna fucking happen." Thank you. So let me see if I can flesh this out to you. They do a copyright claim. Then I appeal it like I have in the past and have won every single claim. Then YouTube send them my appeal and then just based on the word of the other channel YouTube takes their word for it and denies my claim. Then when I appeal that, the other channel says the same thing and then my channel is issues a strike. YouTube is not honoring their own TOS here for fair use and just allowing another channel to utilize this loophole. How can I fight this? Or am I confused on the back end process?

@YouTubeCreators @YouTube Is there a way to stop a channel from falsely copyrighting my videos which fall under fair use? Mediacube is trying a shady way to roundabout have my channel removed. They file a normal strike, then when I fight it back they deny the claim and when I appeal that, they deny it ans youutbe issues a strike. How can I fight these strikes when they can just do this?
