@Dailey4real @kevinolearytv You'll do fine. Just learn basic chords. A, D, G, E, C ect.. simple fingerings and the names of each string for starters. Learn how to tune. When I started I learned John Denver, Cat Stevens, Jim Croce stuff all simplified.. stuff like that. And of course Hot Cross Buns. 😂

@Dailey4real @kevinolearytv Find a teacher that will teach you chords. Those "Mel Bay" scale and note books kill all motivation. Everybody wants to play songs. Learning music is very important but you'll lose interest quick if you can't play a song at a party or something. My 2 cents.
