We finally got our bags from @British_Airways I’m so relieved. Extremely disappointed however, in customer service, lack of communication and the first 2 days of our honeymoon being ruined that we won’t get back.

Still waiting today. Hoping they’ve just arrived on the flight that just landed. What a nightmare awful start to our honeymoon

@nikki83xx @MaxFosterCNN @British_Airways It ruins the whole trip! And to find out the decision to not load bags was done by BA ahead of departure is just inexcusable. Who wants to take time out of their holiday to re-buy knickers and toothpaste, let alone an outfit for an event because of BA's incompetence.

@Daisy_abena @marialouise_c @heleagles @AliciaHayes1884 @British_Airways Flew SEA-LHR-PMI and bag did not make it to PMI. Per BA, bag is now at PMI and will be delivered tonight. Looks like I may be one of the lucky ones.

On our honeymoon in Corfu and @British_Airways have lost our bags. Absolutely devastated, never had this issue in 15 years and it happens on our honeymoon. Poor communication hours of waiting around and no bags arrived.

@AliciaHayes1884 @heleagles @British_Airways It’s both. Only BA customers have been affected. BA have not been great at communication. Heathrow are the issue because of how disorganised it’s been, lack of communication etc

Dear @British_Airways, instead of replying to all delayed bag messages to the T5 baggage fiasco with a generic "We're sorry...", please put something prominent on your website about what you're doing to resolve the problem. And fix the 404 errors on the tracking website too.

One guess whose suitcase didn’t arrive !!! One case did but the other not… but grateful to @British_Airways for getting it on the next flight arriving in 1 hour 40 mins …

@Hetti_Liz @heleagles @AliciaHayes1884 @British_Airways I was on the 10:20 to Corfu yesterday from LHR. We were told they’d be on next flight at 5pm we waited and some peoples arrived some didn’t. Our tracker says our bags have been found and should be on the flight today. So we are keeping our fingers crossed. It’s a nightmare

Some people on our flight got bags half didn’t, the following flight same issue. Tracker is saying they will be on the flight today so 🤞🏽 I forgot to put my AirTag in 😭😭
