So @greeneking… we turned up for the “free meal if you're called Toby” offer (my son Toby was buzzing and even had ID!). Instead we got the T&Cs slapped down and a proper told you so moment because it’s adults only. Awkward, embarrassing — and a big booo from us 👎

@TPExpressTrains Hi, our Leeds to York train (due 10:13 on 22 July) was delayed. We were sent in circles by staff at Leeds and ended up missing another train to York too. As a result, we missed our 10:56 LNER to Edi. got there in the end, but are we entitled to any compensation?

@Daleos81 The LNER portion from York to Edinburgh is on sale, other operators do not release tickets until 6-8 weeks before the journey, Dale.

@MoonpigUK I know @RoyalMail is at fault, but paying £1.65 😱 for first class post and still waiting three days is frustrating! Could you consider offering a second class option too? What’s the last posting date, and will it arrive before Christmas?
