@DalstonSquareRA @dalstonsqboard We’re a non-profit body and we deliver by hand. You’re saying that being addressed to a resident isn’t enough and your policy is to not allow that letter to be delivered?

Trying to deliver addressed mail to voters on @DalstonSquareRA @dalstonsqboard but flunkies on the door are refusing access to the letter boxes unless I pay for stamps and tell them what is in the letter. Is this policy? Oh and all your fire access keys seem to be deactivated.
