Write it on your heart by Ralph Waldo Emerson Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety. Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This new day is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on the yesterdays.

CNN right before we hit Iran's nuclear facilities last year: There is no need for this. Iran isn't close to having a nuclear weapon. CNN immediately after last year's strike: The mission failed, Iran is closer than ever to having a nuclear weapon. CNN right before we hit Iran this year: There is no need for this. Iran isn't close to having a nuclear weapon. Spoiler alert. This is how Democrats/MSM will be, with everything, for the next three years. It's exactly how they were on everything Trump did during his first five years.

#Climate Fun Facts: The receding Mendenhall Glacier in Alaska has uncovered tree stumps carbon dated to be 1,000 to 2,000 years old. This means of course that it was warmer there before the glacier formed. And this was long before anthropogenic #CO2 could have played a role.

If you want to understand Trump’s on-again, off-again tweets about what he’s going to do to Iran, remember what he said in 2015. I get it’s easy to criticize Trump. But it’s more important to understand him: In a 2015 radio interview with @hughhewitt , Trump repeatedly emphasized that U.S. leaders (and he himself as a potential leader) should avoid being too predictable in foreign policy and military matters, as this telegraphs intentions to adversaries and weakens negotiating or strategic positions. When pressed on specific foreign policy scenarios (e.g., responses involving China or Middle East groups), Trump declined to detail plans, arguing that unpredictability was a strength: “I wouldn’t want to tell you, because frankly, they have to, you know, somebody wrote a very good story about me recently, and they said there’s a certain unpredictability about Trump that’s great, and it’s what made him a lot of money and a lot of success. You don’t want to put, and you don’t want to let people know what you’re going to do with respect to certain things that happen. You don’t want the other side to know.” He also told the WP: “I don’t want them to know what I’m thinking, does that make sense? I want people to be guessing ... I don’t want people to figure it out. I don’t want people to know what my plan is. I have plans. I have plans! But I don’t want to do it.”

Today is the 106th anniversary of the passing of the Rebbe Rashab, who is buried in Rostov. He taught a simple but life-changing idea: a person was given two eyes for a reason. With the right eye, one should look at others and see their good; with the left eye, one should look at oneself and recognize what needs to be corrected. Yet we often do the opposite, becoming critical of others while being far more lenient with ourselves. The Rebbe Rashab challenged us to reverse that. Be generous in how you see others, and honest in how you see yourself. That shift alone can change everything. Today we had the great merit to pray at his resting place. Rostov, Russia

A deeply concerning new report from @HarvardJews Alumni Association highlights the plummeting of Jewish student admissions. “Harvard’s Jewish undergraduate enrollment stands at 7 percent today, the lowest level recorded since before World War II and the lowest of any Ivy League institution with reliable data. That is roughly half what it was a decade ago, and less than a third of the 25 percent share Jewish students held for much of the latter twentieth century. Among well-documented peer institutions, no school has seen a steeper recent-decade decline.” In the hearing heard around the world from 2023, I pressed Harvard’s former president Gay on this matter and it was essentially shrugged off as you can see from this testimony. I strongly believe the antisemitism does not just impact students on campus at Harvard; it shapes admissions. Worth a rewatch👇

The assault on Temple Israel was not a natural disaster, a tsunami, a hurricane, a tornado that struck without warning. Hateful deeds are the end-result of hateful thoughts and hateful words — ignored, indulged, coddled, appeased, or encouraged by moral, political, legal and civic authorities. swfs.org/carnage

Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspected ODU shooter is Mohamed Jalloh, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Sierra Leone who was convicted in 2017 of providing support to ISIS. He was released in December 2024. Here’s what DOJ said after his arrest in 2016: “Jalloh praised the gunman who killed five U.S. military members in a terrorist attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in July 2015, and stated that he had been thinking about conducting an attack similar to the November 2009 attack at Ft. Hood, Texas."
