@patrickdichter I’ve been known to be better than most - still learning every day, and much of which can be automated/augmented by AI. Keep us posted on the progress, and happy hunting!

We’re having one of our employees become our in house recruiter. We’ll hire 2-3 Staff Accountants and 1-2 Tax managers this year. Possibly more. They’ll dedicate 10-15 hours/week to posting jobs, screening resumes, running intro calls, scoring candidates, etc. then hand off top candidates for final interviews.

I built 16 AI agents for GTM teams last year. Every single GTM motion needed some version of the same ones. So I put them all in one playbook: ✅ 16 agents organised by GTM function ✅ The exact prompt to build each one ✅ Which ones to start with for list building, scoring, and copy ✅ From "I should automate this" to running in minutes Comment "AGENTS" and I'll DM it to you.

Most people build lists. The best agencies build signal radars. A list is static. It tells who exists. A signal radar tells you who is ready - right now, today, this week. So I built the most complete signal-based list-building playbook I could. Inside - 11 signal sources, each with a full setup guide: - Intent-Based Hiring Signals - a company posting for a GTM role is telling you their priorities before they reply to anyone - Anonymous Visitor Identification - people on your site who haven't filled a form yet. They're warm. You just don't know who they are - LinkedIn Engagement Capture - turning post likes and comments into a qualified list automatically - Post Commenter Extraction - pulling every person who engaged with a specific post into your outreach pipeline - Tech Stack Qualification - knowing what tools a prospect runs before you write a single word of copy - Funding Event Triggers - a fresh raise means fresh budget and a mandate to move fast - Local Business Discovery - for agencies targeting location-specific ICP - Competitor Audience Mining - reach the people already paying for the problem you solve - Sales Navigator Power Filtering - stop using it like a basic search engine - G2 and Review Site Intent - buyers researching your category are the warmest leads in existence - Minimal Viable Stack - the 3-tool setup to run all of this without enterprise budget Want it? Comment "SIGNALS" and I'll send it to your DMs.

I want to encourage you all to keep going. I started from zero almost exactly 3 years ago investing around 1k and hand making our product in my kitchen, building an ugly Shopify website and running some simple Facebook ads. We are on track for a multi 8 figure year in 2026. I don’t think I would have got here without twitter. Let’s get it this week.

When Lacey - who has backed more than 100 business buyers and completed over 65 acquisitions - was asked what had driven the best outcomes, her answer was straightforward: skills, knowledge, hard work… But she also highlighted something that does not get discussed nearly enough in this world: luck, being lucky, getting lucky. Being in the right place at the right time, seeing the right opportunity, and benefiting from factors no one can fully control. Excellent conversation overall.

Lacey Wismer has been investing in ETA since 2010. She has backed 100+ entrepreneurs and completed over 65 acquisitions. Family office patience with A-player urgency. Search funds. Holdcos. Serial acquisition. Fundless sponsors... These used to be separate lanes. Now they're merging into one asset class -- and it's growing exponentially. We also covered two of the businesses her family has exited; one was a 35x MOIC outcome, and the other was a 100x MOIC outcome. It's Friday and my parents are coming over to hang out. They'll play with my son. We'll have dinner. I'll sauna with my dad. I wish someone had told me sooner: Nothing improves quality of life more than proximity to people you love. It’s worth more than any job will ever pay you.

I spent 2 years and $30k+ testing every LinkedIn strategy imaginable. This AI-powered system is the result. And it's booking 5-10+ calls/week for us and our clients. Thing is... Most of the agency owners, consultants, and SaaS founders I speak to are still trying to play the vanity metrics game on LinkedIn. They're doing everything 'right' and STILL not getting an ROI from LinkedIn. That's why I'm giving this away. A complete AI-Assisted LinkedIn GTM System that was built to fill your calendar with leads. I'm talking about: - 5+ Custom GPTs that write content in your voice - DM frameworks with 50%+ connection acceptance rates - High-level appointment setting workflows that book calls - Lead magnet systems that go viral and generate qualified leads - Profile optimization strategies that turn viewers into prospects There are 30+ resources in here. And it's all based on the same the same playbooks I've used to: - Generate 7+ figures w/ LinkedIn - Book calls with enterprise companies like Instantly - Sign Bill Gates' daugther's software company as a client Essentially, everything you & your team needs to own your LinkedIn infrastructure. Want access? Comment "AI" And I'll DM you the full system. *must be following* PS If you RT this, I'll also send a loom video auditing: - Your profile - Your last 3 LinkedIn posts - Your entire outbound system And I'll give you my suggestions based on what I know will help you book more calls.

Another passive day running a small HVAC company… My Operations Manager of 10 years realized he couldn’t adapt to the pace we’re moving and gave notice. I kept him on for a couple days to transition things, and walked him out today. That’s the reality of growth. Not everyone can go where you’re taking it. Only 2 of the 10 employees from the acquisition are left. At the same time… We hired 2 people today: #1 – A proven selling tech from one of the largest PE-backed HVAC platforms in the country. #2 – A 15-year home services sales pro (roofing + solar) who lives off door knocking, referrals, and relationships. I’ll teach him HVAC. He’ll bring a whole new playbook on generating his own leads. (And yeah… part of me is thinking… do we add roofing? I’ve done roofs in a past life.) Then I spent the evening in the office until 10:30 PM building out inventory + purchasing integrations with our top vendors in ServiceTitan… Automating what used to be half of an operations role. And the kicker — We’re already at 110% of last March’s total revenue… mid-month. With 9 working days still left. Start all over again in 6 hours.

Cold email campaign stats prospecting for our agency for the last week: 3669 sends, 4.9% reply rate (sheesh), 21 warm responses, 13 meetings held(so far) These weren't especially personalized, and volume is fairly low Just targeted the right people, with good deliverability, and good messaging If you can't replicate this cold email success, there's a problem somewhere. Most likely, your list sucks and/or your deliverability is poor(even if your sequencer says it isn't, it lied) If these two things are wrong, and you're sending low volume, your messaging is completely irrelevant for the success of your campaign. However, this copy definitely won. like & Reply "Copy" and I'll send you the script and sequence I used for this one. (must be following so i can send)
