@revsully Go around the bend by the Old Colony rotary you’ll see a beautiful new roller hockey court. Bleachers, clean cement, regulation nets, bench area. Other side of the parking lot from the Ollie. Really well done. Heavily used. Bring my little boys there whenever I can!

What happened to the street/roller hockey 🥅 🏒 court? Southie used to be a Hockey community. We got that fenced-in court of two goals & sets of bleachers in the 1980s when I was a kid. God we loved that. I’d go down & rollerblade around, taking shots🙏🏻🖖🏻 The passage of time…🤷‍♂️

Another interesting byproduct of the smoke this a.m., it's limiting the amount of solar radiation getting to the ground, so temps are not heating up as fast. Look at the gap between the actual & the forecast. Could see some lower high temperatures if the #smoke lasts all day.

@awilkinson Seems to me you are making diff points In my experience, pre-product market fit you need raw smarts, “insane” passion, relentless work ethic Post product market fit, someone who has done the job before Bringing in “experts” into startups too early has failed for me every time

This is so true. Usually the best person for the job is the one who has done the desired task before and you have to sell on the opportunity. NOT the keener desperate for the job. The best people usually aren’t on the hunt for a new job.
