Road to 1M/M - Day 215
Adspend: 2312.95
Revenue: 3989.78
Profit: 1168.38
The mission in the coming days is to cut as many unnecessary costs as possible.
SAAS's, agencies, etc.
And as mentioned yesterday, setting up systems to keep finances under 100% control so there's less guessing.
Then I'm back launching my hero product in new GEOs.
And keep pumping out advertorials.
For those who are new, margins might look decent.
But agencies + refund eat up a lot.
Time to change that.
Happy Tuesday

Same as 'product market fit'
I also believe in 'product skill fit'
its your capability to sell a product
I could take mushroom coffee and do 100k in no time
because of my marketing skills and the tricks
I have up my sleeve(which came with experience)
whereas for a newbie its just not PRACTICAL
common the product is, more skilled you need to be
for starters, I would say going for a very unique niche
where market is smaller but so is competition
my first brand that I did over 2M with was in construction niche
And I had just 1 main competitor over 2 years
Just because the entry to test the products was high
You couldn't rip and run, you needed to film custom content
And in specific construction environment

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 249 - FINALE
first of all I am extremely extremely grateful for every single person who ever read, liked, helped, supported, hated, doubted me in this documentation series of mine, and i hope i got to inspire at least one person!
I have documented me going from $0 to $1M in sales every single day for 249 days straight, the ups and the downs, all the struggles, the learnings, without holding anything back
now it is time for me to disappear into oblivion and focus on upgrading my character to the new version of myself, and focus on growth even more
2 people that helped me massively that u should follow:
@cjfeth - built the best ecom community in the world & is an absolute G himself- has put me on exactly the path that led me here, and built the fundamentals
@zakaria_airak for expanding on the fundamentals and mastering ads & specifically how to think about ads, avatars etc

Day 131 - $6,000 DAY, and I still can’t legally drive 😳
ROAS: 3.44
Revenue: $6,337
Ad spend: $1,840
Net Profit Margin: ~45%
Today was insane with super high net margins..
The crazy thing is, i’m only running image ads! No videos at all 😳
I simply just find a “saturated” product that’s printing atleast $200k+ a month and run it up differently.
This could be:
- Targeting a different market desire
- Targeting a different angle
- Targeting a different avatar
- Using a different funnel
- Running a better offer
You would be surprised that most big brands actually have huge gaps that you can tap into that they aren’t running
Use all the AI tools to your advantage:
Claude: for copywriting
ChatGPT: for deep research
Gemini: for generating AI images
come on, I’m literally spending 6 hours of my life at school and I can still somewhat maintain the performance of the business so far 😅
keep in mind that email flows are super important.
It’s a limiting belief that email flows create extra friction for the customer but it actually does quite the opposite.. Since adding DEFAULT Klaviyo email flows,
(literally only the welcome email flow)
I’ve seen:
An increase in CVR
An increase in Revenue per visit
It could be a fluke, we will have to see if it holds up.
I was definitely surfing campaigns a bit today 🏄♂️
Thank you for 800 followers!! Stay tuned for daily posts just like this where I share my journey on how this store is going 😎
Everyone will make it out of ecom, it’s really not that hard once you find the key to the door 🤫

@Killas_DTC what did you do different in this test compared to others?

Day 135 of trying to hit a $100k per month,
another 1k day (had to initiate a refund so ;)
printed at a roas of 4,
It's time for zucky to upgrade my dsl,
running up offer tests, and will soon do a landing page test to maximize conversions,
+ one major thing for next week, is to try setting up good email flows for the brand

It’s officially scaling season & our team has been pumping hard the last month, so I’ve been locked in and haven’t posted on here for a bit.
But we have some big things coming. And it’s about to be a historic Q4 so it’s time to come back & start dropping sauce that anybody can implement to make more money this holiday season.
Outside of developing quality creative & building systems that facilitate substantial creative output, a conversion-optimized product page is one of the most vital components necessary to build an 8 figure brand.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of what your PDP should look like this Q4👇
1. Hero Section (Above the Fold)
•Clear product name + benefit-driven headline → Tell the customer what it is and why it matters in under 5 seconds.
•High-quality imagery/video → Lifestyle > Studio shots. Customers need to see themselves using the product.
•Primary CTA (Add to Cart) → Prominent, contrasting color, visible without scrolling.
Pro tip: Test value-based CTAs like “Start Your Transformation” vs generic “Buy Now”.
2. Social Proof Anchors
•Review stars right under the title → Builds instant credibility.
•Featured in [Logos] → If your product’s been mentioned in press or blogs, showcase that.
•UGC snippets → Native-style testimonial content, ideally images of real customers.
3. Problem → Solution Section
•Frame the problem your target customer faces.
•Position your product as the solution (with benefits, not just features).
•Keep it visual with icons, infographics, and before/after shots.
Why this works: Emotion leads, logic follows. You’re not just selling a product, you’re solving pain points.
4. Deep-Dive Product Section
•Feature > Benefit mapping → Don’t just list specs, connect them to outcomes.
•“Made with carbon steel” → “Lasts 5x longer than standard pans.”
•Comparison chart → You vs Competitors.
•Expandable FAQs → Helps remove objections without cluttering.
5. Trust & Risk Reversal
•Guarantee block → “30-day no questions asked returns.”
•Shipping clarity → Show estimated delivery dates (conversion booster).
•Secure checkout seals → Reinforces credibility.
6. Sticky & Repeated CTAs
•Sticky ATC button on mobile → Always visible while scrolling.
•Inline CTAs after every major block → Never make them hunt for the buy button.
7. Post-Purchase Upsell Path
The product page doesn’t end at checkout. Pair it with:
•Upsell modules (“Bundle & Save,” “Complete the Set”)
•Cross-sells (complimentary products that increase AOV)
•Post-purchase one-click upsells (true margin boosters)
Why does this work well when leveraged properly?
A great product page reduces friction, builds trust, and aligns emotion + logic in the right sequence.
When you have the right page structure, it’s much easier to convert cold traffic. You can sit back and watch your ROAS & CVR skyrocket with a properly optimized PDP.
Now, within the last year, we found a premium theme that includes all these features and more, so our sites can look like eight figure brands from launch, without having to leverage a team of designers/developers.
Want access to the exact theme we’ve been utilizing across our portfolio so you can launch & scale quicker, without spending days or weeks on custom design & dev?

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 229
- set up a post purchase upsell flow for 2nd product, this time im taking AOV a lot more serious, i need to make sure for every dollar i spend on advertising i squeeze out as much juice as possible
so this means i need to go with full intent on every step of the way whether its in-cart upsell, post purchase flows, emails...
so i set up an upsell flow but instead of doing it as i usually do with just urgency & offer, I actually wrote some copy to frame the offer better, so like a mini sales letter for the upsell
1st upsell -> get more of the same at discounted price -> framing = you NEED consistency
2nd upsell -> what happens once you use the product? what's the NEXT problem? -> we frame new upsell prod as the ULTIMATE way to get results faster with some juicy copy
you get the point :)
- also analyzed the 2 top spenders (and failures) for my 2nd product, analyzing what specific messaging works, what i need to double down on, awareness level etc - and created 5 new concepts to test next.
- ALSO launched 5 new static ads for 2nd product based on winning messaging
cya tomorrow!

I used AI to make 1 creative spend $100K+ in the last 60 days... 🤯
Want to know how I did it?
Like + RT + Comment "AD" and I’ll DM you a step-by-step screenshare breakdown!
Or save this post for the full SOP and keep reading…
Here’s the 8-step process that’s revolutionizing how I scale ads.
But first, some context:
The secret to leveraging AI for creative success is giving it as much context as possible.
Most people copy-paste a script and call it a day, but that’s NOT how I do it.
I break down every aspect: the visuals, the script, the data - I give the AI a full picture of what makes the ad work.
That’s the key difference. It’s not just the script. It’s the visuals and the flow. It’s how everything ties together.
The results? Night and day.
This process has helped me:
10x the high-quality variations of winning ads I can create
Replicate competitor ads, but do it in a completely new, fresh way
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Take the top-performing creatives from your account, or grab your favorite competitor ad. (Either works!)
Step 2: Go to fdownloader.net to download the video.
Step 3: Paste the video(s) into Google AI Studio.
Step 4: Use this exact prompt: "Can you break down all of these video ads scene by scene? Detail what’s happening in the visuals for each scene, down to the movement. The more detail, the better. It should be so clear that someone who isn’t watching it can still understand exactly what’s happening. Include the exact text that shows up, with timestamps for each scene. Visuals + text = breakdown complete."
Step 5: Pull the data from Facebook on the ad and feed it to the AI for context.
Step 6: Upload everything into GPT for deeper insights and analysis.
Step 7: Identify exact gaps in your ad by analyzing the data, visuals, and script. This is where you find hidden opportunities.
Step 8: Generate tons of new variations of your winning ads based on data backed ideas, or completely fresh formats based on the visuals and script!
This process will skyrocket your ad output, reduce the workload, and help you scale faster than ever before.
You’ll be pumping out winners in no time.

Found a viral product on TikTok Shop
Turned it into a 7-figure store in 30 days
Here's the exact playbook I used (step-by-step):
Step 1: Product Selection → Viral product from TT Shop (won't reveal niche, too much sauce) → Built one-product branded site around it → Hired 3D artist for clean product renders
Step 2: Site Setup → Used Sections app → Scraped review images from Amazon/comps → Professional landing page in 48 hours
Step 3: Creative Strategy → Stole winning creatives from TikTok → Started with 5-10 product variations → Launched straight to FB ads
Step 4: Scaling System → Hired 1 editor, then 2, then 3 → Put them in Slack, cranked out creatives daily → Photo ads = cheat code → Aim for 50+ creatives per week past $10k/day
Step 5: The Sauce → Test in ABO (not CBO like everyone says) → Facebook has ulterior motives for what content to show → Force winning ads into CBO with minimum spend limits
Result: $0 to $10k/day in 30 days.
Force multiplier? Agent who's actually an operation, not just one person.
I can’t imagine they’re making much money with the prices they give, but I try to keep volume high to help out
