@vivarantex @TapTools @TheLINKApe Dude calling it cardano midnight is just even more insulting. It’s a separate chain, the ship has sailed

@DanielJoeba no quite the opposite, $NUAI is taking a different midstream / project level financing model. Dilution will be minimal compared to others in the space.

Alright after a few days of intensive @Starlink installations, I am back to further the conversation on these elite partners with @WorldMobileTeam on the HAPS airship(High Altitude Platform Station). Next on the list @ScaledC . Scaled Composites is a renowned American aerospace company based in Mojave California well known for its innovative and unconventional designs in air and space vehicles. Established by visionary designer Burt Rutan in 1982, the company specializes in the rapid development, fabrication, and flight testing of prototype aircraft particularly those constructed from lightweight composite materials. Over its history Scaled Composites has achieved global recognition for pioneering experimental craft and for its contributions to advancing composite fabrication technology in aviation and spaceflight.
When it comes to the partnership with WorldMobile, Scaled Composites brings unique expertise in engineering, prototyping, and testing large composite structures. Research suggests they are likely designing and developing the lightweight airframes and specialty exoskeleton components needed for high efficiency hydrogen airships. As well as, engineering solutions that challenge the boundaries of materials science and aerodynamics.
Speculation the role could be:
•Rapid prototyping and flight testing of unconventional, large scale composite aircraft
•Integration of advanced composite manufacturing techniques to produce lightweight and durable airship structures
•Innovation in design approaches focused on aerodynamic efficiency and modular adaptability for new vehicle concepts
•Experience with experimental licensing and certification processes for prototype aviation platforms
As we dive deeper we begin to see how all the pieces are beginning to fit together. Scaled Composites is just as critical as the others in realizing advanced aerospace concepts and pushing the limits of whats possible in sustainable high altitude connectivity solutions.

Hey Josh, i listed to your podcast this morning and there were some great insights on Starlink Mobile! I do think you guys only highlighted some of the problems it solves, and not so much the issues it creates! That said, considering the podcast covers tech and ai, you might be interested looking into a project named @WorldMobileTeam. They are looking to connect the world with community owned cell nodes, with mostly Starlink backend. Basically amplifiying the reach of starlink and removing the barrier for the latest phone hardware. @MrTelecoms Mickey is a great guy and this might be an interesting story for the podcast! Keep up the good work.

@DanielTetsuyama @ZengateGlobal You should look in the mirror. The issue is people like you who have been put forward with big talks and zero value. Liquidity extraction with various projects and not delivering any value back. That ever since 2017.

I keep seeing people say “users are leaving Cardano” or “there are no users.”
That completely misunderstands how adoption works.
The real issue isn’t that users left.
It’s that mainstream users haven’t arrived yet in meaningful numbers.
Most people don’t care about blockchain.
They don’t care about consensus models or tokenomics.
They care about utility.
Users don’t appear because we built infrastructure.
They appear when someone builds something so useful people use it without caring what’s under the hood.
Just like capital has to flow into an economy, users have to flow into an ecosystem.
And those users come from the mainstream world, not crypto Twitter.
They arrive when we build applications normal people actually want to use.

"Up to now, the funding for building AI infrastructure has mostly come from financing and prepayments"
"Going forward, we will continue to mix and match prepayments, secured/unsecured debt, and other financial structures to raise capital"
"But at the same time, 'flexibility in the balance sheet' is extremely important"
"If we exclude equity and just increase debt, that is not sound capital management"
"Setting up a $6B ATM does not mean we are going to issue $6B worth of stock"
"Even if I had set it at $100B, the principle would be the same; the ATM simply means providing flexibility + no obligation + the ability to use it selectively when needed"
"Remember how much we did of the ATM when we raised our $9.3B in funding. The ATM is not for emergency cash but for options and financial discipline"
"Many people think of equity issuance only as dilution, but that is backward thinking. The reason we are all here now is because we believe that investing in the AI cycle can yield huge returns. The advantage of the ATM is that it allows selective issuance not at a single point in time, but spread over time."
Summary
We have no intention of issuing $6B all at once
Nor do we plan to issue all of it.
The company has many ways to raise funds
We simply raised the limit for balance sheet management and flexibility
We have already proven this while raising $9.3B in funding
