@sspencerukk Meal deals only work at train stations, airports, service stations or petrol stations - main stores do not have them :) they’re usually the basic sandwiches and do not include the wraps or more premium sandwiches!

@CrossCountryUK Hi there, attempting to change a few dates/times of tickets on your app and web page but every time the “payment” goes through (there is none since there’s no fee) it logs me out. I’ve tried on a laptop, the web page and also the app. Please help!

@CrossCountryUK Hi there this information is wrong. You can no longer amend tickets online and neither can the call centre. You need to purchase a completely new ticket and then ask for a refund. It would be great if you could provide the correct information rather than having to find out myself

@SW_Help I can add it in the regular card payment section, but not the Tap2Go section. As you can see only VISA and Mastercard are accepted as payment types, attempting to use an AMEX results in the following image.

Why has @SW_Help removed Amex from their Tap2Go system 🙄 was literally the best thing about this railway and now it’s utterly useless for me.

@TMainStreetNews The drop is so steep!! Genuinely did not expect it but it was fabulous (all three times 😂).

Frozen Ever After is the perfect addition to the park, it checks many boxes of what Studios missed that it becomes clear why it was chosen as the anchor attraction. Compared to EPCOT’s, I very much preferred this one. Larger scenes, steeper drop (caught me off guard) and more!

I was just in @Waitrose in Victoria, and they were throwing away baked goods, including pretzels. I asked the man throwing them in the bin if I could buy one for half price. It would mean it didn't get thrown in the bin, they would get some money, I would get a pretzel. Everyone wins! Sadly, there was literally no mechanism for me to buy a pretzel at a discount that they were literally throwing in the bin, which seems less than ideal to be quite honest.

Another day another cancelled @SW_Help service. Shocked? I wish. And there’s not another train to my station for an hour so now having to spend even more money to travel on a different line. Nationalisation is the worst thing that can happen to a company!!
